Frozen Pink Soda

    Gorgeous Pink soda with frozen jelly cubes with fresh fruit. My family love this soda which i created back in Oahu. Its so delicious and a firm favourite at friends parties!

    Serves: 48 

    • For the Soda
    • 1 pink grapefruit
    • 5 litres of original Soda
    • 2 litres of Cherryade
    • 1 litre of Raspberry Rippple Soft Drink
    • For the Jelly Cubes
    • 2 sachets of powdered Cherry Jelly
    • 200g of Frozen Raspberries
    • 100ml of Cherry Sherbet

    1. Mix the Soda, Cherryade and Raspberry ripple Soft drink together. Squueze the juice from the grapefruit and add to the soda mix. Refrigerate.
    2. Add specified amount of boiling water to jelly powder. then mix in cherry sherbet. In 2x24 ice cube trays place a frozen raspberry into each hole. Pour jelly mix into each hole and freeze until they mke ice cubes.
    3. When ice cubes have set, pour soda mix into jugs and add even amount of jelly cubes into each jug. Pour remainder of frozen raspberries into jugs and serve.

    This was the perfect recipe for my daughters baby shower!!! Everything is perfect, and i congratulate you on such an amazing recipe! I also made cherry jelly cubes and doubled the amount of soda, there wasn't a single drop left!!!!!!!! But it was hard to find packeted cherry jelly especially in australia so i used block jelly and it worked great!!!! Thank you for such a fantastic recipe, do you have any more soda recipes????  -  30 Nov 2008
