Fry the onion until softened. Add the ginger, garlic, chilli and spices and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the tomatoes, chickpeas, lemon zest and juice and cook for 5 mins. Add the spinach and cook for about another 3 mins. Season to taste. Serve with Greek yoghurt drizzled over.
