Blue Curacao cocktail
A bright blue tropical cocktail made by mixing Blue Curacoa, coconut rum and tequila. Soften the punch by adding some orange and lemon juice.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- Ice for mixing
- 1 measure tequila
- 1/2 measure Blue Curacao
- 1/2 measure coconut rum
- 25ml lemon juice
- 50ml orange juice
- 1 slice lime wedge

- Place a few ice cubes or crushed ice in a cocktail mixer; Pour in tequila, Blue Curacao, coconut rum and lemon and orange juices. Shake vigorously and strain into glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
