Smoked haddock bake

This is a wonderful fish dish to enjoy any day of the week. Smoked haddock is topped with a tomato sauce and cheesy breadcrumbs, before being baked to perfection. Enjoy with potatoes, rice or pasta.

lovely easy tasty meal..had no fish stock, so used half water, half white wine...own dishes would make serving up simpler

Very tasty. The topping was lovely and didn't overpower the smoked haddock.

Nice, quickish meal, next time I will add some capers, also added two red finger chillies to the breadcrumb and cheese mix for a bit of spice. I think next time I will cook and serve the haddocks in their own dishes.
