In a processor chop all ingredients together do in batches if neccessary and then place all in a large saucepan, bring to the boil cover and simmer for at least an hour(longer the richer) stirring every 10 mins or so(be careful this bubbles and spits) if getting to thick add a little extra wine
Serve with pasta. alternatively use as base on pizza, fry some mince and add sauce use for lasagna or bolognaise or as you would use a shop bought jar of sauce and its FAT FREE
