the texture of these pancakes is wonderful but it lacks flavour. One feels like eating flour. Does a great base for apple or banana pancakes, though. TO the second batch I added a mashed banana and it was great  -  20 Mar 2010

A really super quick and easy recipe and an almost clean pan afterwards.I added some plump sultanas and a pinch of mixed spice to mine and they were gorgeous.Just served with a dollop of plain yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.Kids love them too.  -  15 Feb 2015
