Hey guy's just signed up now to leave my review. Me and the Mrs got our first slow cooker and was looking online for something simple to start off with and we're glad we picked this, we added half a leek and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce also, and did it for 10 hours on low overnight and it was really tasty! Even sent up a bowl for my Nan on these cold winter nights and she also enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing Kat, we will be doing this again. - 01 Feb 2012
Altered ingredient amounts. substitute the potatoes for swede- this will make a lower fat meal, for those counting calories. Also- you can use quorn or tofu instead of beef for a vegetarian option. - 09 Feb 2009
