About this recipe:
The real deal. A winter speciality. I'd say more but I'm in a tearing hurry right now...
7oz self-raising flour
¼ pint milk
2 cups freshly fallen snow
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease an 8 inch square tin.
- Cream margarine and sugar. Sift Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat after each addition.
- Go outside and get snow; fold in snow.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in tin.
