    Serves: 8 

    • 2oz margarine
    • 4oz sugar
    • 7oz self-raising flour
    • ¼ pint milk
    • 2 cups freshly fallen snow

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease an 8 inch square tin.
    2. Cream margarine and sugar. Sift Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat after each addition.
    3. Go outside and get snow; fold in snow.
    4. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in tin.
