This is a really easy recipe, enjoyed by all. quite heavy, (i made it in muffin cases)! but very moist and delightful. read the recipe through befor starting and you should have no trouble. - 03 Nov 2010
This recipe is confusing. I made this today and after combining all the dry ingredients it then called for left over sugar (which all went into dry mixture.
However, the creamcheese filling does not work. All my cakes came out tasting like undercooked eggs. I tried them at a higher temp for 40 mins and they were still not cooked so I just gave in and threw them all in the bin.
Won't be doing these again!! - 15 Mar 2010
