    About this recipe: Yummy smoothy which is great for breakfast when you just cant face eating something, and it's one of your 5 a day too!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 large banana
    • 1 tsp instant coffee
    • 1 tsp instant hot chocolate
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp honey
    • 1/2 pint milk

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Place all your ingredients in a blender and blitz untill smooth, add more milk if you like it runnier.

    Altered ingredient amounts. Sorry guys its meant to be 1/2 tsp cinnamon not a whole one! - 12 Feb 2009

    a good start to the morning, but I am a bit of a choco-holic and so added 2 more tsp of instant hot chocolate- I used options low calories hot chocolate powder - 19 Apr 2009

    A mood booster for lazy morning! Since coffee isn't friendly with my stomach, I don't use it and add 1 tbsp of instant hot chocolate instead. I change the milk to soya milk which is more suitable for vegan. - 03 Jan 2016
