Cuppa Sauce

    Great when the cupboards are bare or money's tight! And easy too! I use rice as the main thing, you can use anything really, pasta, spaghetti, meat, its entirely up to you, but here's how i made it with rice

    Serves: 2 

    • Portion of Rice
    • 1 or 2 Cuppa Soups, flavour of choice (i used 2 mediterranian tomato ones because i was using Slima soups)
    • corn flour

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Cook the rice in a pan of boiling water.
    2. Prepare the corn flour by putting some in a cup, and adding water to it.
    3. Put the sachets of cuppa soup into the pan of rice (without draining the water)
    4. Add the corn flour mix to thicken to your taste (ie if you like really thick sauces then add a fair bit, if you like watery sauces only add a tiny bit.)
