Usually I blend pork and eggs together, and pan fry all of them. This time, I followed the cook method of the original recipe, cooked the pork first then added the egg, and I felt they worked better in this way! It is a very easy and delicious dish, I like it! - 24 Apr 2009
really awful recipe,very mismatched combo. fish sauce made it far to salty, and smelt the whole house for hours afterwards .2 tablespoons i think should say teaspoons. none of us ate it it was quite vile. would not make it again yuk ps i must add i like thai food and use fish sauce in a small amount in a green curry and like it normally - 21 Mar 2013
Used different ingredients. I used 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 pinch salt to marinade the pork first. And I used 4 eggs instead. - 24 Apr 2009
