Pound chicken breasts to flatten slightly, then soak them for bout 5 mins in balsamic vinegar then place on a tray or plate and shake onto them some paprika, and chicken flavouring and garlic salt. Do this both sides then place in tinfoil and fold tinfoil up round into a wee parcel to seal it so it cooks in own juices, place in oven at around 160 for around 30 mins or so just check u will know when chicken is done urself every oven is different and i cook mine quite slow (gives me time to feed baby ) some people may want them done quicker.
Serve with baby potatoes or dice potatoes parboil and fry with garlic and chilli flakes bout 1tsp then deep fry.
