This turkey dish is incredibly delicious. Turkey steaks are pan-fried with mushrooms and garlic, then served over wild rice with a creamy cheese and pesto sauce.
The proportions for the sauce seem to be incorrect. If I made it again, I would add more flour and butter, otherwise the sauce will not thicken. It tastes quite nice, but I wasn't crazy about it. Maybe more pesto and cheese for more flavour? - 02 Feb 2015
