In a cocktail shaker, shake together Irish cream liqueur and whisky with several cubes of ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes. Top off with milk and a dash of cinnamon. Give it a gentle stir and serve.
Watch out for this one, it goes down so innocently but then sneaks up on you! I don't care for sweet drinks or liqueurs, but because of the whiskey and milk it wasn't very sweet at all. I enjoyed it! - 20 Mar 2012
