Roasted cauliflower with garlic and rosemary

    30 min

Cauliflower is delicious roasted, especially with a bit of garlic and rosemary. This is an easy side, nice for when cauliflower is in season.

Cauliflower is so bland just boiled so I tried this recipe and wow what a difference! Really tasty and easy too. I found I needed to cook at a slightly cooler oven and cooked for 40 mins instead of 25-30 mins. Try this, you will love it.  -  07 Sep 2009

I cut a slice into base of floret and put in microwave for 1 min and added some Dunns River All purpose seasoning with the oil instead of Garlic as I was pressed for time. And Camera not working but its was Lush  -  15 Dec 2015
