healthy scrambled egg breakfast

can add seasoning to taste to make recipe really healthy .

Ingredients

1 tomato halved
1 muffin halved
for scrambled eggs
2 free range eggs
milk
salt & pepper to taste
flora buttery margerine to fry

Preparation method

1. fry butter in pan
2. crack two eggs in mixing bowl add drop of milk (add salt & pepper if desired)
3. mix add to pan & keep stirring & chopping with spatula
4. put halved tomato in grill
5. put halved muffin in toaster
6. add salt & pepper to taste
