About this recipe: Here are three great breakfast ideas which are easy to make (as they just need putting together) so even the smallest little chef can help and they won't leave the bed full of crumbs!

Serves: 2 

  • Red Cherry Ripple
  • 1 small tub Greek yoghurt
  • Red Cherry compote to taste
  • Blueberry Crumble
  • 50g Blueberries
  • 150g 2% Greek yoghurt
  • 50g muesli
  • Greek Yoghurt and Watermelon
  • 150g Greek Yoghurt
  • 100g diced Watermelon

  1. For the Red Cherry Ripple: Spoon Greek yoghurt into a bowl and fold in the Red Cherry compote to taste. Spoon into a glass.
  2. For the Blueberry crumble: Place 50g Blueberries in a bowl, top with 150g 2% Greek yoghurt, then sprinkle with 50g muesli. Spoon into a glass.
  3. For the Greek Yoghurt and Watermelon: Simply mix 150g Greek yoghurt together with 100g diced watermelon and spoon into a glass.


These can be made with thick and creamy 2% TOTAL Greek Yoghurt or even 0% Fat Free TOTAL Greek Yoghurt so they won't spoil her diet if she is watching her waistline. For more ideas visit
