About this recipe: This loaf is light in colour and comes from New Zealand.
Loaf has a really nice taste but the raisins all sank to the bottom so made the texture seem a little stodgy. Will maybe try with a bit more flour or less milk next time. Still delicious and very easy to make. Will definitely make this again. - 05 Sep 2011

It's the first time I've made loaf, I thought the recipe was easy to follow and I think it turned out well, I did use a little less butter and milk though just incase. - 22 May 2016
