Frozen fruit smoothies

    This cool combination of banana, yoghurt, orange juice, strawberries and milk is sweetened with a touch of honey.

    • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
    • 250g frozen strawberries, raspberries or cherries
    • 240ml milk
    • 120ml orange juice
    • 120g plain or vanilla yoghurt
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey, or to taste

    1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

    First, the consistency was spot on, just the way I like it. My fruit was plenty sweet, so I added only a Tbsp of honey and used vanilla Greek yogurt. Nice smoothie, bursting with fresh fruit flavors.,,it was a perfect breakfast today!  -  05 Feb 2015
