2 large tins Nestle thick cream (fresh if prefered)
25g raisins
3/4 tbsp dessicated coconut
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper

Heat oil and add chopped onions.
When onion is soft add chicken, mushrooms, salt, pepper and curry powder. It is important to add the curry powder at first so that chicken really absorbs the flavour.
Leave to simmer for twenty minutes. After this, add stock gradually along with the tomato puree.
Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for another another 30 minutes.
Add cream, bring to the boil and leave to simmer for ten minutes.
