About this recipe: Lamb meatballs in a Thai green curry coconut milk sauce. Serve over rice. Very simple to make.
Used different ingredients. Add 1tsp of ground coriander to lamb mince. Add thinly sliced red peppers, handful of baby spinach leaves and shredded spring onions in last five minutes of cooking the coconut milk. Serve scattered with roughly chopped fresh coriander. - 14 Jun 2011

We obviously eat big portions in our house! Used 400g pack of lamb mince for 4 people and 120g breadcrumbs. Couldn't find paste so I used 1 jar of ready made green curry sauce and added a tin of coconut milk (could just use two tins of sauce but I can't handle much spice). Served it mixed up with jasmine rice, really delicious. - 14 Feb 2015
