Mango papaya smoothie

    A bright, tropical smoothie made with a combination of fresh mango, papaya, strawberries and orange juice.

    • 1 mango, peeled and stone removed
    • 1 papaya, peeled and seeds removed
    • 70g fresh strawberries
    • 80ml orange juice
    • 5 cubes ice

    1. Place the mango, papaya, strawberries, orange juice and ice cubes in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and serve in a tall glasses with ice.

    A little different from the smoothies I generally make for Hubs, particularly since the usual yogurt was absent. I didn't have papaya, so I substituted peaches for it. I also added a little Splenda. The combination produced a lovely color and a flavor he couldn't quite put his finger on.
