Chop the potato, carrots, onion, bacon and chicken into small cubes.
Pour the cooking oil into a pan then wait until it starts to bubble. Place the potato, carrots and onion into the pan and cook for five mins. Then pour the garlic and bacon into the pan. Wait about five mins, carefully put the chicken on and cook for ten mins more.
Cover the plate with rice and pour the mixture over. Then eat and enjoy.
