I was going to teach a bunch of children some basic cooking with these muffins, and luckily I tried them first. They were good muffins but first batch were way too wet. I used about 225gms of wholemeal flour in the second batch, and they came out fine. I was also surprised at there was no egg but yes, they didn't need it.
