Yoghurt and herb salad dressing

This creamy salad dressing is so delicious that you'd never guess it's low fat! You can play around with the types of fresh herbs used..

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (500g) tub 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

  1.   In a small bowl, whisk the yoghurt, vinegar, lemon juice and honey. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so the flavours combine.

2 tablespoons equals 19 calories, trace fat (trace sat fat), 1mg cholesterol, 94 mg salt, 4g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 1g protein.
