This creamy salad dressing is so delicious that you'd never guess it's low fat! You can play around with the types of fresh herbs used..
Ingredients

1/2 (500g) tub 0% Greek yoghurt

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon honey

1 tablespoon minced fresh chives

1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
- In a small bowl, whisk the yoghurt, vinegar, lemon juice and honey. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so the flavours combine.
