About this recipe: This creamy salad dressing is so delicious that you'd never guess it's low fat! You can play around with the types of fresh herbs used..

Serves: 8 

  • 1/2 (500g) tub 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the yoghurt, vinegar, lemon juice and honey. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so the flavours combine.
