If you prefer your biscuits chewy, cook them for 15 minutes. For crunchier biscuits leave them in the oven for 20 minutes. Great for kids lunchboxes. Can freeze.
Made these at the weekend with my son and they are fab. Took a load to the childminders and all her children loved them so much she has asked for the recipe. I like them chewy so baked for 12 mins in my fan oven and they get better the day after being baked I thought.
