Ingredients
Serves : 6
- 25g butter
- 100g golden syrup
- 100g brown sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 4 tbsp single cream
Directions
Prep:5min › Cook:12min › Ready in:17min
- Melt together butter, sugar & syrup in a heavy based pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 mins. Remove from heat and blend in hot water.
- Cool for 5 mins then stir in cream. Best served warm (It thickens as it cools).
