Great recipe, the potatoes came out exactly like I'd want from a restaurant. The only thing is, the cream was a bit dry and overcooked when I only cooked it an hour, so you'll want to start watching the potatoes and take it out as soon as it browns a bit on top. Next time I will try adding a bit more cream and cooking it just 45 to 50 minutes. - 13 Dec 2012
