About this recipe:This recipe is just thrown together but it is really nice. I was a bit sceptical at first because I'm not a mustard lover and even though you can taste it, it's not overpowering it does just blend in with everything else. My kids love em.
The flavor was fine but the meat was too loose with the fillers. I think the addition of the egg white just added too much liquid in the mix. I chilled the patties before cooking to solidify them but they still fell apart upon cooking. - 08 Feb 2015
