  • 3 tinned artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 110g (4 oz) crab meat
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 400g cream cheese, softened

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins
1.
Place artichoke hearts, crab, spring onions, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse until chopped fairly small. Add cream cheese and purée until smooth.

Pour dip into a non-metallic bowl, and chill for 1 hour.
