- Bag of fresh spinach
- 1 onion (diced)
- Tin of chickpeas
- Tin of chopped toms
- 1 chicken or veg stock cube
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 small potatos (cubed)
- 2 teaspoons of tumeric
- 2 teaspoons of ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 cardomon pod
- splash of tabasco

- Fry onion on low heat with crushed garlic and all dry spices.
- Add potaoto, chickpeas, tin of toms, spinach and stock cube dissloved in half pint of boiling water.
- Add splash of tabasco
- Simmer on low for an hour
- Serve with warmed naan bread and rice! De - lish!

Used different ingredients. I was looking for a chicken and spinach curry recipe and found this one, I subsidised the chick peas for chicken thighs cut in half - delicious! - 30 Aug 2009
