Easy coriander chutney

    Everyone's favourite, this coriander chutney recipe couldn't be easier to make! Serve with papadums for a nice nibble, or alongside your favourite curry.

    Serves: 4 

    • 200g fresh coriander leaves
    • 4 green chillies
    • pinch caster sugar
    • pinch ground cumin (roasted if possible)
    • juice of 1 lemon
    • salt to taste

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend thoroughly. Test flavour and add more salt if necessary.

    Cook's note

    You can use 150g coriander and 50g fresh mint leaves for a slightly minty flavour.

    Lucky I bought dip today it looks nothing like the picture and is inedible. Yuck and what a waste of a ton of coriander. Added shoyu to try and give it liquid. Still didnt work.  -  04 Oct 2015  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
