Everyone's favourite, this coriander chutney recipe couldn't be easier to make! Serve with papadums for a nice nibble, or alongside your favourite curry.
Ingredients

200g fresh coriander leaves

4 green chillies

pinch caster sugar

pinch ground cumin (roasted if possible)

juice of 1 lemon

salt to taste
Preparation method
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend thoroughly. Test flavour and add more salt if necessary.
Cook's note
You can use 150g coriander and 50g fresh mint leaves for a slightly minty flavour.
