Blackberry Ice Cream

About this recipe: Luscious blackberry ice cream. Single cream cuts some fat; use double cream if you'd like a richer texture.


Serves: 32 

  • 2 (397g) tins condensed sweetened milk
  • 1.25L milk
  • 500ml single cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 500g chopped blackberries

  1. Combine condensed milk, milk, cream, vanilla, salt and blackberries in freezer canister of ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
