    Gin and lime - the perfect combo! This recipe makes one cocktail. For best results, use a chilled glass for serving.

    Serves: 1 

    • 60 ml gin
    • 60 ml Rose's concentrated lime juice
    • Caster sugar ( for coating rim of glass)
    • Ice cubes

    1. Place the sugar in a shallow bowl; dip rim of chilled glass into sugar so the rim is coated.
    2. Put ice into a cocktail shaker. Pour gin and lime juice over the ice, and shake well. Pour drink into prepared glass and serve.

    This wasn't very good. tasted like limeaid, not a gimlet. You're supposed to use Rose's Lime Juice AND fresh lime, and no sugar. I generally use vodka, too. Oh well.  -  04 Dec 2002  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
