My first recipe here :) I threw this together a couple of days ago, as I found some beautiful fresh Fennel and some stunning fresh chicken legs. The idea was to mix my mothers stunning recipe for Spanish garlic chicken with the fresh fennel and give that a little Italian twist.
Something else. Knew I'd forget something Fresh flat leaf parsley together with the lemon on the fennel in the end. And some rosemary together with the chicken, before it goes into the oven. - 01 Jul 2009
