Place the fillets between 2 sheets of cling film and flatten slightly using a rolling pin. Spread the cream cheese over each fillet. Top with a handful of spinach leaves and carefully roll up. Wrap one slice of parma ham round length-wise and wrap the other slice the other way to enclose the turkey. Tie with string to secure.
Barbeque the parcels for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked.
Serve with salad, or new potatoes and green vegetables.
