About this recipe: I love different kinds of burgers and never bore of the different ingredients to chuck in. This is a very easy recipe and just needs a food processor.

Serves: 4 

  • 250g pork mince
  • 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 lemongrass stalk (outer bits removed)
  • 1/2 squeezed lime juice and zest
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • bunch fresh coriander

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:8min  ›  Ready in:13min 

  1. Literally chuck all the ingredients into the blender and pulse until mixed to thick consistency.
  2. Wet hands and roll into equal sized balls. Flatten, chill and BBQ at leisure. Serve with sweet chilli sauce!
