This dish is easy to make, and full of flavour. The chicken is incredibly tender, and the ginger, garlic and soy sauce combine to give it its authentic taste. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander.

The ingredients vs instructions could have been simplified, but generally speaking: the soy sauce and the water content should be cut by half (otherwise you end up with watery oversalted soup at the bottom of your noodles). But after small alterations it is strong in taste and decent dish. - 23 Aug 2017
