Toblerone Mousse

    15 min

Any toblerone fan will love this! Its so easy to make and everyone who has ever tried it has asked for the recipe. I got a similar recipe from a friend but changed a few bits and I think its much better. You can if you want sprinkle sugar on top when ready to serve and brulee it but I don't bother. You can use any kind of berry but I mix strawberries and raspberries. I also sometimes add some crushed merangue to the fruit. Hope you enjoy!!

This is absolutely a delicious recipe and tastes gorgeous! I would just change 1 of the fruit to orange, and add a crumbled buscuit base! Perfect!  -  04 Oct 2014
