    About this recipe: A yum-yum smoothie for those who like figs a lot or want to rid their fridge of this perishable fruit fast.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped
    • 6 fresh figs, halved
    • 180ml milk
    • 180ml orange juice

    Method

    1. Place the bananas, figs, milk and orange juice into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
