When i lived in Spain I used to work in the bars and restaurants and would treat myself to one of these if i'd had a bad day. one of these and all your worries melt away to nothing.

- double shot of baileys
- single shot of ammaretto
- single shot of couvosier brandy
- half pint of chocolate milkshake
- squirty cream
- ice
- chocolate powder

- Put ice in cocktail shaker. Add baileys, amaretto and brandy and shake. Add chocolate milkshake and stir.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses. Top with squirty cream. Sprinkle with chocolate and add a straw.
