Woo Hoo

A variation on the Woo Woo, which I first tried in St Lucia on holiday. The most moreish alcoholic drink I've tried. You can play around with the quantities of vodka, peach schnappes and juice to suit your own tastebuds and tolerance for alcohol!

Ingredients

1 highball glass
crushed ice / ice cubes
(Smirnoff Red) Vodka - as you like it really, but a double vodka is fine
(Archers) Peach Schnappes - quantity as per vodka above
(OceanSpray) Cranberry and Blackcurrent juice - mmm

Preparation method

1. Put the desired amount of ice in a glass (eg highball)
2. Pour in double vodka, or desired quantity
3. Pour in double peach schnappes, or desired quantity
4. Top up with Cranberry & Blackcurrant juice
5. Stick in a cocktail brolly if you like, but it'll just get in the way!
