It tasted very good, but I didn't give it the 5 stars because it was too liquid and the crust turned out bland.  -  16 Feb 2010

I made this with the intention of freezing it but it never got as far as the freezer because after having a little taste of it my husband and I ended up eating the lot. Excellent recipe.  -  26 Jan 2014

Altered ingredient amounts. I used 300 ml of milk but the quiche turned out too liquid anyway and the crust was bland. I think it is a good idea either to pre-bake the crust or use 250 ml milk and maybe 3 eggs instead of 4  -  16 Feb 2010
