Nadia's Simple Sponge Cake

Well, I was making a cake for my mum and I found all these complecated cakes and desserts so i just figured out stuuf to mix.

Ingredients

100g of Butter
100g of Self-Raising Flour
100g of Caster Sugar
2 Large eggs
Big bar of Dairy Milk or icing sugar (optional)

Preparation method

1. Step One: Measure all the ingredients and first place the butter and sugar in the mixing bowl and mix until creamy
2. Step Two: Slowly put the beated eggs and flour in
3. Step 3: Put the mixed batter in a baking tin and directly into the oven
4. Step Three: Put the oven on at 190 deggres and place in for 25-30 minutes
5. Step Four: After you have taken the cake out, melt the dairy milk and place on the cake or if you have icing sugar wait until cake has cooled
6. Step Five: Place in fridge or leave out to cool and when it has cut into slices
7. Step Six: Enjoy!
