    About this recipe: A party dip full of flavour, with creamy avocado, ripe tomatoes, chilli, citrus and olives. Also serve with your favourite Mexican dish, such as tacos.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2 avocados - peeled, stone removed and diced
    • 2 tomatoes, diced
    • 100g (4 oz) chopped black olives
    • 1 fresh green chilli, finely chopped
    • 1 lemon or lime, juiced
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    1. In a medium bowl, combine avocados, tomatoes, olives and chilies. Stir to combine thoroughly. Squeeze lemon or lime juice over the mixture, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
