For the salsa: Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until roughly chopped but not quite liquid. Sieve mixture reserving some of the liquid to spoon over the top on serving. Decorate with whole redcurrants.
For the Pork steaks: Season both sides of the pork steaks and cook on a hot griddle for approx 5 minutes or until cooked, turning once.
For the Crusty garlic bread: Cut French baguette in half and then in half lengthways.
Mince the garlic and add to the butter and mash to a smooth paste. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the bread and place under a hot grill until brown.
