Super easy Asian ribs

    These pork ribs couldn't be easier to make. The ribs are marinated in hoisin sauce, then baked till sticky and tender. Perfect finger food!

    Serves: 2 

    • 1/2 jar Hoisin sauce
    • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
    • 4 spring onions, chopped
    • 6 pork ribs

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Extra time:20min  ›  Ready in:1hr 

    1. Mix the hoisin sauce with the chopped garlic and spring onions. Add the ribs and toss to coat. Marinate in the fridge for 3 to 8 hours.
    2. Heat oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Place the ribs in a baking dish if they aren't already.
    3. Cook ribs for 30 minutes. Serve with spring onions as garnish. Enjoy!
