- 1/2 jar Hoisin sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 6 pork ribs

- Mix the hoisin sauce with the chopped garlic and spring onions. Add the ribs and toss to coat. Marinate in the fridge for 3 to 8 hours.
- Heat oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Place the ribs in a baking dish if they aren't already.
- Cook ribs for 30 minutes. Serve with spring onions as garnish. Enjoy!
