About this recipe:I made up this mixture on a whim and wow! These are definitely the best burgers I've ever had and everyone who's had them says the same. The spices are Indian in origin, but the flavour is deliciously unique!
450g minced lamb
1 tablespoon egg
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon dried coriander
4 baps or buns, split and toasted

Preheat an outdoor BBQ for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Place the lamb, egg, ginger, garlic, garam masala and coriander into a mixing bowl; mix well. Form the mixture into 4 patties. Cook on the preheated BBQ to your desired degree of doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-well. Serve on toasted buns.
